The area under development in north-west Moscow lies along the 72nd kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. The nearest Metro station is Planernaya. The site is bordered by Proektiruemy lane No. 6411, Proektiruemy lane No. 6699, Novotushinskaya Street and the Ring Road, which affords a good view of the Greenwood business park front. It can be accessed from the Ring Road and the adjacent highways crossing the Novoye Tushino area.
The buildings designed under the development concept will sit on an irregular site separated from the multilane highway by a greenified zone. The new business park low-density development project has been well-thought out from the point of view of infrastructure.
The client wants a number of functions needed for the successful operation of a contemporary business agglomeration to be concentrated in the business park. That is why the development concept provides for the construction of four 12-storey office buildings with an aggregate floor space of over 74 000 sq. m, a hotel with an area of 5 000 sq. m, four exhibition and education centres with a total floor space of 3 580 sq. m, service zones, a helicopter deck to accommodate air taxis and underground and surface parking spaces.
The rectangular office buildings will have mostly regularly spaced windows and vertically fragmented façades. The ground floors are to have atrium halls with panoramic windows. The strict geometry of these spatial elements will ensure their harmonious integration into the environment.
